Kris Liebau, ACC, CMQ/OE, CQE is the founder of Action & Ease Leadership Coaching. With 20+ years of leadership experience in engineering, quality, and manufacturing, Kris has trained thousands and helped engineering leaders build impactful, people-centered leadership strategies. She is a certified coach with credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Cornell University, and Positive Intelligence. In 2023, she was recognized as one of Detroit’s Top 15 Coaches.
