About the Presenter: 

Steve Puuri, P.E. Steve Puuri is the Engineering Specialist for the County Road Association of Michigan and the Michigan Municipal League, bringing extensive experience in transportation engineering, local agency project management, and infrastructure planning. His background includes nine years with the USDA Soil Conservation Service and 25 years with the Washtenaw County Road Commission, where he served as County Highway Engineer and Managing Director. In addition to establishing his own engineering consulting business in 2012, Steve has served as a road liability expert witness and became CRA’s first Engineering Specialist in 2014.
