2026 Michigan Infrastructure Conference — Register Today

Thursday, May 7, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The 2026 Michigan Infrastructure Conference is just around the corner, and registration is now open. Co-hosted by the American Society of Civil Engineers – Michigan Section and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Michigan, this annual one-day event brings together engineers, public agency leaders, consultants, and industry partners from across the state to explore innovative solutions to Michigan's most pressing infrastructure challenges.

A Full Day of Learning, Networking, and Collaboration

The conference will feature sixteen educational breakout sessions covering a wide range of infrastructure topics, including wastewater system resiliency, major transportation investments, emerging contaminant response, road safety technology, megaproject delivery, and new approaches to infrastructure monitoring. Sessions highlight real-world projects, practical engineering solutions, and innovative technologies currently shaping infrastructure communities throughout Michigan. Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Organizations represented in this year's breakout sessions include the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), Michigan State University, Parsons, WSP, OHM Advisors, CDM Smith, Williams & Works, HNTB, C2AE, SAM, Wade Trim, Fishbeck, G2 Consulting Group, DLZ Michigan, and ROWE Professional Services.

Keynote Speakers

The morning keynote will be delivered by Bill Burke, a certified performance coach, speaker, author, and former Michigan State Spartans football quarterback who led the Spartans to victory in the 1999 Citrus Bowl under Coach Nick Saban. Bill now works with leaders and organizations to develop high-performance mindsets, sharing lessons on leadership, resilience, and achieving success beyond the field.

The afternoon keynote will be delivered by Jen Flood, State Budget Director for the State of Michigan. In her role, Director Flood is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the state's budget and overseeing key financial and management functions across state government. Prior to becoming Budget Director, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Gretchen Whitmer, overseeing policy, legislative affairs, and federal affairs. Director Flood's remarks will be of particular relevance to infrastructure professionals given the ongoing FY2027 budget negotiations and the state's long-term transportation investment commitments.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities are available for companies and organizations within Michigan's engineering, construction, infrastructure, and technology sectors. Sponsors receive recognition throughout the conference, including logo placement, listing within the conference app and on the ACEC/Michigan website, and recognition through ACEC/Michigan social media channels. Higher-level sponsorships include verbal recognition during conference sessions. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with attendees throughout the day, with a skirted table and conference registration included. Exhibit space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
