This two-hour course will move beyond theory to examine real-world ethical challenges facing engineering professionals today. Attendees will explore codes of ethics from ASCE, NSPE, and ACEC and engage with practical topics including:
- Avoiding perceived impropriety during solicitations
- Guidelines regarding gifts to public officials
- Maintaining client confidentiality while meeting professional obligations
About the Instructor
The webinar will be led by Kirk T. Steudle, PE, President of Steudle Executive Group and former Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Steudle brings decades of experience in public service, policy leadership, and infrastructure innovation to this course. He currently serves as an instructor with the AASHTO Leadership Institute.
