Description
The 2026 Engineers, Architects & Surveyors Legislative Day will be held on Thursday, April 30, at the Michigan State Capitol (Heritage Hall) in Lansing – just a few weeks away!
This in-person event provides a critical opportunity for industry professionals to engage directly with legislators and advocate for policies impacting Michigan’s infrastructure and engineering profession. There is no cost to attend; however, we suggest a $100 contribution to the ACEC/Michigan PAC.

At the end of the registration form, you will have the option to contribute to the ACEC/Michigan PAC. A $100 contribution is suggested and must be made using a personal credit card. Personal checks are also accepted.

- Implementation of the 2025 Transportation Funding Package.
- Speaker Hall’s Service Tax Proposal.

Legislative Reception
Following Legislative Day meetings, our lobbyist, Kelley Cawthorne, will host an in-person reception at their Lansing office for those able to attend. This is an excellent opportunity to network with legislators in a more informal setting. There is no charge for the reception.
